	Xitron wanted an interface board designed to connect and control external devices.
	The interface board is used to read belt speed by reading pulses form an rotary optical encoder.
	The interface board passes and count Top of Form signal from a sensor to the HP PCA controller.
	the interface board can control belt speed, feed on/off, vacuum on/off, and turn aerosol fan on/off.
	The connection between the interface board and the Xitron PC can be either USB or serial.
	Built a test fixture and wrote a test procedure so that Lectronics the PCB assembly house could test the board.
